Everybody is an Entrepreneur.
Some reading this statement may think I’m at the very least wrong, and at the outside just a bit crazy—but it’s true!
Why? Whether you’re active socially in your community, a serial entrepreneur who starts up multiple businesses, or a lifestyle entrepreneur who is looking to make money and have a business that revolves around your passion, we are ALL entrepreneurs. Even a stay at home parent is an entrepreneur. Think about it. The definition of “entrepreneur” is a person who organizes and manages any enterprise. Is this not what you do when you run a household. Do you not organize and manage the bills, the grocery list, the work that needs done around the house, etc.? That’s exactly what an entrepreneur does!
So why not put all of that hard earned knowledge to work for YOU? I mentioned a few types of entrepreneurs above: social, serial, and lifestyle—but there are also infopreneurs that gather and sell information. But, no matter what type you end up becoming, following your passion is the key!
A recent study, published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology showed that personal freedom and independence are more important to well-being than wealth. That means if you want to truly be rich, do what makes you happy and ignite the fire inside of you! If you do, I guarantee you will be happy and fulfilled.
So, entrepreneur, what are YOU passionate about?
