Honoring - Inspiring - Strenthening

"Don't ask yourself what kind of coach the world needs, ask yourself what ignites the coach in you, and go and be that. Because what the world needs are professional coaches that come alive."

~ Robert Stack, Dean

  • About the Academy
  • Our Faculty

The Morning Coach - Academy of Coaching (MCAC) prepares individuals to become professionals in the principles, philosophy, and skills of coaching by fostering a safe and sacred environment to support and nurture the coaching relationship.

Our innovative coaching program is based on the belief that all coaches must have a strong business acumen, as well as master coaching skills, in order to grow and maintain a profitable enterprise. We utilize a two-tier approach that emphasizes business development and teaches coaches how to inspire clients to take their life and work to the most fulfilling levels.

The Morning Coach - Academy of Coaching firmly believes that key to success is training coaches to encourage the individuals that they serve to embrace wholeness by "Inspiring the Mind, Strengthening the Body, and Honoring the Spirit."

Each and every one of our faculty members, alumni, and students lives by our guiding principles and is encouraged to take their work in progress to the deepest possible levels of being and doing.

Our guiding principles include:

  • Becoming aware of the integration of the Mind, Body, and Spirit
  • Being fully present and embracing self to experience joy and gratitude
  • Articulating your calling, signature values, unique talents, and natural gifts
  • Living an inspired and authentic life
  • Maintaining a commitment to integrity
